    Requirements

    - Fluency in English is a must
    - Experience of working in a customer service environment is an advantage
    - 0-1 years of experience in administration and/or recruitment
    - Team player, flexible and adaptable. Able to quickly assimilate training and new skills
    - Able to work under high pressure
    - Reporting, Analysis & Problem Solving
    - Communication, Personal resilience and effectiveness
    - Proficient on all Windows applications in particular Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word .

    Responsibilities

    - Provide HR customers and colleagues with an excellent HR customer service and experience by managing administrative tasks effectively and within defined SLAs
    - Responsible for various different activities corresponding to a complex and high volume hiring process
    - Work as part of a team managing the end to end recruitment process for internal and external candidates.
    - End to end administration of the hiring process
    - Provide a first-class user experience for candidates who can be also BT customers
    - Work with local Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the service is developed to address the specific needs and issues of the Line of Business.
    - Work with and maintain the HR system Taleo Enterprise with a high level of data integrity
    - Produce accurate reports, data extracts and conduct audits using Taleo and other HR systems whilst ensuring adherence with confidentiality and data protection policies
    - Proactively contribute to the HR Services team agenda by owning the delivery of continuous improvement and highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience
    - Take responsibility for personal development by constantly reflecting on actions which will improve own performance and the service provided to the customer
    - Demonstrate ways of working in line with the HR Services vision and values
    - Take an active role in buddying new starters to deliver a confident and credible HR service
