    Topic: Lean Manufacturing - Standardization-5S

    During the workshop will be realised a short presentation of the Lean Manufacturing and one of the Lean principles, 5S.What is Lean Manufacturing? Well, it is a systematic method for the elimination of waste ("Muda") within a manufacturing system.After the workshop you will be able to think about how you can succeed rather than explain why you can’t realize something, and how you can turn challenges into opportunities.
