    ● University degree in Finance or related field
    ● + 3 years of professional relevant experience in a similar role in an international and multi-currency environment
    ● Ability to digest and translate raw data into valuable business analytics, adapting the output to suit the target audience
    ● Ability to work in a fast moving environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills
    ● Ability to work in a virtual team, with colleagues both in the Cluj office but also located currently in London, Paris and Hong Kong
    ● Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently, in a productive manner
    ● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    ● Communicates proficient in English, both spoken and written
    ● Excellent proficiency with Excel
    ● Knowledge of NetSuite will be an added advantage

    Responsabilitati

    Role Overview
    The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of FBPs. He/she will act as the interface between finance and the business and will have full ownership and accountability for partnering with the business stakeholders and support them in their decision making process providing maximum value and return on investment.

    Main responsibilities include:
    ● Acts as the interface/ translator between finance and business leaders bridging the gap and adding value to the decision making process by ensuring maximization of value and return
    ● Improves the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance, for designated business areas.
    ● Provides effective procedures and/or initiates changes needed to ensure key operational and financial targets are delivered.
    ● Builds partnerships and maintains strong relationships with all senior managers/ business partners and their teams.
    ● Provides accurate, real time support, analysis, accounting reports delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies, for designated business areas, (ensures good financial performance; business decisions, positions to hire), provides feedback to the Budget owners/Business Partners( BP's) on their Business Unit (BU's) performance as well as to the Head of FBP team. Manages the budget and forecast process among budget owner / BP's.
    ● Ensure accurate month-end closing in liaison with the accounting team, and make sure reports are sent following group deadlines and participates in the external audit
    ● Main point of contact will be the budget owners, (members of Executive Leadership Team) for the Global Product, Global Operations & G&A.
