    Cerinte

     University graduate (Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and/or Accounting and/or Finance designation preferable)
     Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate client relationship management with track record in sales and credit activities; experience with corporate banking products
     Good knowledge of local market in terms of customers, competition, and opportunities
     Fluency in business and financial English
     Excellent selling and negotiation abilities
     Strong presentation skills and proactive approach in the selling process
     Strong customer focus and ability to customize bank’s offer to clients’ needs
     Credit analysis and financial skills
     Proven analytical and numerical abilities
     Team spirit
     Energetic and motivated personality

    Responsabilitati

     Responsible for the full achievement of sales targets and other specific performance indicators of the Business Centre
     Develop client portfolio by identifying new potential clients both from the Bank’s own database as well as using other sources, such as the Chamber of Commerce, tax authorities, Internet, mass media
     Carry out the evaluation of credit worthiness and repayment capability of clients applying for loans; countersign and support the proposal in front of other approvers or the Credit Committee
     Prepare and structure customized credit packages (loan proposals), within the limits set by internal regulations, to appropriately respond to customers’ needs, while also considering customers’ levels of risk and the competitive context in the area
     Identify and optimize cross sell opportunities
     Ensure top quality services, gradually check the client satisfaction level and act accordingly
     Involved in the constructive and timely settlement of complaints made by clients
