Junior Financial Analyst - 2 years contract

- Higher education - finance degree
- Foreign languages: fluency in ENGLISH
- PC knowledge: MS OFFICE, ERP, MS Access/ Advance Excel could be benefitial

Will be in charge with reporting and analyzing activities like:
- Perform specific tasks related to budget/ forecast process of assigned ‘commercial’ area as per the company’s rules and deadlines
- Provide support to Sales and Distribution budget owners for budgeting/forecasting various spend categories
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the commercial activities behind the commercial budget/forecast and provide support for optimization of the spent.
- ensuring all discounts are released/accrued as per terms of trade or ongoing initiatives
- accruing and explaining the fixed costs behavior
- explaining the main drivers of financial performance
- provide comments over the month performance
- Support initiatives for improving the regional profitability/sales spent
- Monitor actual performance at region, territory, customer level up to gross margin
- Provide detailed analyses of discounts, pack and brand mix impact on gross margin.
- Analyze and explain the differences by preparation of related reports for communication with business partners and review with Finance line manager
- Assist FP&A Finance with monthly accruals as well as managing overall year-end accrual process for Sales/Distribution costs. Prepare commentaries on these reports.
- Ad-hoc analysis and reports as may be required by Sales & Distribution and Finance management
- Build strong cross functional working relationships, obtaining valuable commercial insights to support management team.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with Sales/Distribution and Regional Finance Team
