SEO Manager

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

 At least 2 years in a similar managerial position
 Minimum 7 years of SEO experience
 Very strong technical SEO knowledge
 Highly motivated person, able to efficiently coordinate a team
 Able to respect deadlines and priorities and manage time across multiple projects
 Proactive with a can-do attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously
 English – Advanced level both spoken and written

 Participate in the planning and implementing of SEO strategies
 Monitor search engine ranking evolution of the websites in the portfolio
 Regular reporting and presentation of performance of projects in the company’s portfolio
 Initiate and develop large scale projects that can generate huge impact on growth
 Owning SEO KPIs and ensuring rapid international scale
 Coordinating the SEO team to achieve targets
 Mentoring new employees

Nice to have:
 Experience in international SEO
 Good knowledge of Google Analytics
