    Requirements

    1. Technical
    - Very good English (writing and speaking)
    - Very good, creative writing in Romanian (preferably Communication/ Journalism/ Literature graduate)

    Responsibilities

    1. Support the People Communication & Public relations manager & coordinator in implementing assigned projects.
    2. Prepare presentations for department’s projects: future & ongoing.
    3. Follow-up of small projects assigned by the Corporate Affairs manager in which Agencies are involved.
    4. Collaborate with all departments in the company on specific projects (especially related to Internal Communication and Events & Employer Branding projects)..
    5. Manage the communication gates of the department (phone, fax and mail).
    6. Be responsible of the follow-up and successful implementation of all the administrative day-to-day tasks.
