HR CLERK – SAP ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- English and Romanian language indispensible (speaking and writing)

- University degree or education on the same level (Commercial / Arts)

- Graduate / Previous experience in HR 3 – 5 years is considered an advantage

- MS Office - Advanced knowledge

- Knowledge in SAP OM / SAP desirable

- System affinity

- Ability to work independently and structured

- Communication skills and intercultural sensibility

- Maintenance and data refresh of different objects in the Organizational

- Management System in SAP Continuous improvement of Organizational

- Management process Contact person for Organizational Management on a global level and Communication with Local HR

- Compliance with all relevant legal, agreed and internal quality standards

- Functional development of organizational Management system and evaluation of optimization potential

- General administrative tasks
