- Finance or Economics University graduate;
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of fiscal code, accounting principles and constantly updated with the changes in legislation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Business English – proficiency level;
- CECCAR/ACCA certification is an advantage.

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close for the clients;
- Monthly accounting review of junior and associates work;
- Provide technical support and advice on management;
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures;
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process;
- Ensure that all financial, statutory and reporting deadlines are met;
- Plan, assign and review junior and associates accountants work;
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
