Technical Support Agent with Bulgarian

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
- Basic experience in MS Office, Windows based applications;
- Open to working with demanding customers and deliver on tight deadlines;
- Well-motivated team player;
- Availability to work in shifts;
- Basic technical support experience is not necessary;

Highlights:
- Handling incoming phone calls/emails from customers regarding technical issues;
- Providing support and assisting the customer within requested area;
- Keeping records of all customers incidents & enquiries in the reporting system;
- Flagging incidents or requests in case resolution is not possible;
- Cooperate with upper levels of technical support;
- Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team;
