Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and head-hunt the best talents in adherence with L’Oréal's values and ethics
- Advertise open jobs utilizing social content and actively source candidates leveraging social media to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities
- Research social media recruitment ideas; make recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Implement selection processes according to L’Oréal principles and conduct qualitative interviews
- Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly of progress
- Identify issues and resolutions related to the recruitment process and share with management to determine next steps
- Offer support in the recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvement
- Ensure accurate data is updated in HR system (Avature)
- Promote L’Oreal as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the Company, culture, benefits, and opportunity
- Assist TA Coordinator with integration process to ensure deadlines are met, as needed
- Offer support and promote L’Oréal's employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events linked to recruitment
- Perform other related responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management or similar discipline preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Job Related experience: min. 2 years recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting
- Experience in using a variety of recruitment tools to source candidates, including jobs boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, networking, etc
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems required (Avature is a plus)
- High energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative and dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
