Train new hired employees on specific technologies used in the company
Organize webinars on different technical topics dedicated to all employees
Document the training process and update it continuously
Manage the training programs for different technologies and career paths
Maintain the training knowledge database with the latest materials
Work closely with the department managers to identify the gaps and find solutions for training to cover those gaps

IT faculty graduate
Teaching or coaching experience (university teaching experience is a plus)
Web programming experience on front end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back end (any web language like PHP, .NET, etc)
Excellent spoken and written English skills
