Required skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in infrastructure administration and cloud deployment
• At least 3 years experience in Windows and Linux operating environments
• At least 2 year experience in RESTful programming SOAP / JSON / XSLT / Node.js
• At least 1 year experience with Swagger
• At least 3 years experience in application clustering / load balancing concepts and technologies
• At least 1 year experience in TCP/IP and messaging management tools
• Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
• English: Fluent

Preferred skills:

• Information Technology
• IBM Appliances (DataPower / CastIron), API Management, StrongLoop
• Security protocols

Responsibilities:

• Support a continuously available cloud-based deployment and production platforms
• Build and manage development and testing environments, assisting developers in debugging application issues using tools
• Develop automation to quickly and rapidly deploy APIs across platforms
• Participate in the building of tools and processes to support the infrastructure
• Break down moderately complex processes into simple and reliable components
• Operate the platform within our security and privacy guidelines
• Conduct research on emerging technologies
• Train and mentor other team members
• Experience using cloud Application programming Interface (APIs)
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud capabilities
• Experience deploying web solutions, data mapping and system integration
• Experience with Agile development processes including Scrum

Job Description :

You will manage our API Cloud development and production environments while participating on projects associated with infrastructure management, system administration, system monitoring, making improvements to development environments, application load testing and various automation efforts. You will also assist with efforts related to agile software release process, release engineering and application deployment. The ideal candidate will be a blend of demonstrated development/programmer and system administration skills. This is an important deep technical role that will require leadership in an evolving culture, designed to deliver software solutions continually, in a driven DevOps type environment. Ultimately, your work will create the deployment and production destination for our solutions. In this position you will primarily apply your technical skills within both internal and external cloud implementations.
