    Our client, Tchibo has been synonymous with freshness and quality in the coffee market for over 65 years.     Your role will be to be responsible for sell-out volume increase in the operated PoS, energizing and motivating the team, leading the team to continuous success while measuring it.

    Requirements:

    - At least 2 years experience in a relevant Sales Position activating in FMCG industry;
    - At least 1 year experience in a relevant Sales Management position – coordinating a Sales Team;
    - University Degree – Economical or Engineer background;
    - Relevant presentation skills;
    - Great communicator having persuasion abilities;
    - Customer-centric approach;
    - Capacity to generate results while working under pressure and having deadlines;
    - Developed abilities to work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
    - Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
    - Valid driver license, B category, having minimum 5 years of experience.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Coordinates the outsourced Merchandisers Team;
    - Controls directly, on the field, the implementation of promo activities, standards, pricing, listing, secondary placements, facings, additional placements, orders influencing, and reporting;
    - Responsible for increasing sell-out volume, brands availability and image;
    - Evaluates team development needs and initiates periodically training sessions for Merchandisers Team;
    - Offers full support (directly, by phone, by email) to his/her team members;
    - It is the pro-active interface between Tchibo Romania Sales Team and the Merchandisers Team;
    - Generates periodically specific reports – KPI’s included.
