Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.
Round the clock 24/7 availability – due to working in 3 shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00
Reception of inbound phone calls and e-mail and documenting them (customer contact information and request content) in the ticketing systems (Footprints and salesforce)
Handling the tickets according to their content and the appropriate procedures
First level support
Inquiries are routed to regional workgroups
Emergencies / Outages are forwarded to defined colleagues within Company
The ability to work with customers (Project Managers, Engineers, Field Technicians) and Company colleagues from all around the world, by means of the German and English language
Fluent and German speaking and writing (minimum level B2)
Good phone communications skills with different cultures
Friendliness
Good PC know how (Windows 7, Office 7)
Willingness to work in shifts, also on weekends and public holidays.
Nice to have:
Language certifications: TOEFL, min 94 points or min C1 level of Common European
Framework of Reference for Languages
Technical understanding
Knowledge about Company portfolio for Power and Energy Divisions
Previous call center experience
Knowledge in handling the ticketing / CRM (BMC Footprints, Salesforce)
