* Java, SQL, Node.js, Application Frameworks
* ALM automation and tooling’s/processes, SEO
* Frontend and application performance/tuning
* Unit Testing, versioning tool (GIT), Secure coding best practices
* CDN, Caching, Web Servers, Application Servers, Database
* Session management

* Lead, manage and guide development teams to develop projects, create application enhancements and fix critical bugs
* Be available 24/6 for critical fixes
* Be involved in defining requirements with business folks and other development teams
* Create and document technical solutions
* Give due dates for tasks/projects
* Monitor developer performance; Provide performance reviews
* Manage project timelines
* Manage project delivery with other teams involved
* Post production troubleshooting and support
