We also share fun moments and sad moments, like that time our friend, Mr. Coffee Machine, had to take a medical leave. No worries, it was nothing serious.
We do have a colleague who doesn’t like coffee or cookies (which is totally hard to accept) and he is not that chatty, even though he spends a lot of time on Facebook. Nonetheless he likes finding bugs and he has magic touch skills. Want to know with whom you will work with? We introduce you to IQ MATT.

Experienta de lucru cu baze de date SQL SERVER (proceduri/trigger-i functii);
Abilitatea de a diagnostica, depana, de a obtine rezultate si de a oferi solutii pentru o gama larga de probleme tehnice.
Ofera suport tehnic si functional direct clientilor cu privire la utilizarea, configurarea si intretinerea produselor companiei, asigurandu-se totodata ca sistemul/aplicatiile functioneaza in conformitate cu specificatiile primite;
Ofera asistenta clientilor pentru remedierea imediata in caz de urgenta, in conformitate cu clauzele din cadrul SLA-ului;
Creeaza temporar work-around-uri pentru problemele imediate ale clientilor, dupa caz;
Simuleaza/reproduce problemele aparute pe mediul clientilor astfel incat sa ofere toate detaliile necesare departamentului de dezvoltare in vederea rezolvarii bug-urilor;
Colaboreaza indeaproape cu echipa de livrare (analiza, dezvoltare, implementare si configurare) pentru a rezolva problemele clientilor;
Participa impreuna cu echipa de analiza/dezvoltare la implementarea aplicatiilor companiei pentru noi clienti;
Ajuta la crearea de documente tehnice si/sau materiale de instruire precum si a bazei de cunostinte.
