Order Fulfillment Support with German
Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
To succeed in this role, we need someone with the following profile :
− Basic skills on Steelcase products
− Knowledge of dealership network and distribution channels
− Knowledge of processes and organization of industry and logistics
− Language skills: excellent knowledge in English and German (French would be a plus)
− Excellent IT skills: SAP, Outlook, Lotus Notes
− Receiving, processing customer orders
− Fulfilling customer requests and ensuring customer satisfaction (order amendments)
− Handling customer orders on a accurately and timely manner
− Dealing with Customer amendment requests and ensuring that they are handled accurately
− Offering support to the front office in providing pro-active information about the life cycle of his orders and requests
− Being a flexible team player
− Having the ability to back fill in case of need any back office position in order to ensure an optimum customer satisfaction
− Escalating any issues which may interfere in the continuous flow of order and amendment treatments
− Providing continuous improvement and feedback on recurrent issues
− Keeping a critic eye regarding the processes and escalates the issues faced
− Ensuring pragmatic feedback about quality issues or questions received from the dealers
− Escalating any critical issues to his team leader
− Respecting processes and procedures defined at the departments level
− Identifying process issues and elevates for resolution
− Liaising between Steelcase Dealers, Sales, Specials, Factories, Logistics and Transport to solve dealer requests
