    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)


    - University degree in Engineering

    - Previous experience in a relevant field (Engineering, Sales, Customer Support)

    - At least 2 years of work experience (Engineering/Technical Preferred)

    - Previous experience in working with instrumentation products and O&G/Chemical markets preferred

    - Advanced Level of German

    - Upper-Intermediate Level of English

    - Computer literate


    - Review and analyze customer's Request for Quote (RFQ), raise and resolve any queries

    - Solution all technical requisites during proposal phase by identifying efficient solutions to fit customer's requirements

    - Responsible for generating all proposal deliverables using dedicated proposal tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financial estimates in a timely manner

    - Collaborate, communicate and align activities with local and remote European sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements

    - Communicate with customer to understand process and needs, in order to ensure the best technical solution

    - Participate to internal proposal review meetings; report on assigned tasks and assume full ownership of assigned actions

    - Develop and maintain sound knowledge of Gas Analyzers solutions and Industry applications

    - Verify Purchase Order (PO) to ensure fit to offered financial and technical proposal

    - Follow correct working methods, procedures, tools, and identify areas of improvement where needed

    - Act as liaison between sales offices - factories - customers

    - Work closely with European sales team to issue commercially-relevant proposals

    - Might travel to the European offices for kick-off meetings, clarifications, and review meetings in accordance with agreed strategies

    - Adhere to the company's Process Managements Ethical values at all time
