    Requirements

    - 2 -3 years of experience in similar position
    - Excellent written and verbal skills in English (additional languages – an advantage)
    - Experience of people management in a contact center environment
    - Experience of coaching others to achieve targets and improve performance
    - Experience in online gambling companies/call centers – advantage
    - Proficient user of Excel including Pivot tables
    - Good analytical skills – Ability to Identify and analyze data to draw conclusions;
    - Fast learner, proactive, highly organized, supportive.

    Responsibilities

    - Build, design and develop strategy based on analyzing old results for the purpose of reaching the required targets and above
    - Manage the team to deliver exceptional service to customers & meet the service levels agreed with the client
    - Design new process that involve new technological tools and new methods of work, and then execute them in the best way
    - Monitor and control over all tasks given to the team and the management
    - Monitor performance and motivate team members in order to keep high standard of work
    - Solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the department wisely
    - Be committed and represent the company’s policy and deadlines.
