* Good knowledge and experience in database architecture. Good SQL skills.
* Software development experience (C++, C#, Java preferred) and .Net Framework knowledge.
* Experience of using server hardware and server operating systems.
* Technical understanding of 2G/3G/4G mobile technologies, including RAN standards, architectures, protocols, and services.
* Experience with various vendors OSS.
* Good leadership and communication capabilities and experience.
* Advanced English to facilitate communication between members of the teams and customers.
* Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
* Well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
* Strong capability to drive for results.
* Handle tasks to ensure P.I. Works solutions continuous functioning within SLA terms. * Be able to handle customer requirements related with the P.I. Works products and solutions.
* Coaching to junior engineers.
* Share knowledge by verbal and written communication (internal support meetings, training sessions, documentation).
* Be able to describe problems/issues and give a technical analysis.
* Participate to projects by installing, configure, tests and integrate the implemented solutions.
