    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
    • Similar experience
    • Knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Database Administration
    • Basic knowledge on VB.Net programming
    • Basic Principles of Business Network Topologies
    • Management & Maintenance on PBX Systems
    • Knowledge on Cisco appliances
    • Advanced level of MS Office required
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
    • Able to research and apply knowledge effectively
    • Self-motivated, responsible, and cooperative
    • Highly developed communication skills


    • Scripting and writing internal development tool and report generators on CTI system
    • Performing Design / Development / Implementation PL / SQL procedures to load the data into the company's CRM system
    • Diagnostic reasoning and ability to do some independent troubleshooting of issues during implementation
    • Conducting Design / Implementation / Development reports from database Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
    • Ensure the implementation of the security and availability of the information through specific activities (monitoring, backup)
    • Ensure the smooth running of the production process in the departments of the call center
