The WW Content Publisher performs all activities related to publishing new content, maintaining existing content, auditing the site and troubleshooting for fixing any issues reported by the stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Native verbal/written English;
- Ability to write/proofread and improve business content;
- Proven ability to work under pressure, plan, and meet deadlines;
- Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives;
- Able to represent the organization to internal/external customers/vendors;
- Intermediate to advanced project management skills;
- HTML editorial (FrontPage, SharePoint designer) knowledge or other html editors a plus;
- Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with discussions occurring via telephone and desktop sharing;
- Ability to manage and organize your time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule;
- Excellent communications and presentation skills;
- Experience working and collaborating in a global organization;
- Experience in implementation and management of standard processes;
- Experience producing high quality and timely work products;
- Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint;
- Expert in Liferay (a huge advantage) or any other content management system/s.
- Creates Partner dedicated communications related to the Sales Operations Processes changes with main focus on the Partner Portal processes;
- Collaborates with the Portal technical staff to: elaborate campaigns wich would promote the Partner Portal benefits; create Partner Portal demo materials; ensures the right level of information is available to the Partners to be able to undertsand the Portal structure and interaction experience; writes notifications/alerts in a timely manne; elaborates external traing materials and guides using the standard templates and the appropriate business language;
- Is responsible for the internal communications around the Portale enhancements/issues: internal announcements and notification; internal Partner Portal usage guide; delivers trainings to the Partners and organizes internal forums;
- Colaborates with the management line to create: internal prezentations; executive summaries.
