Demand an academic degree minimum on bachelor degree in telecommunications, information technology, information engineering, computer science, applied electronics, automatic control and other relevant area.
Require more than 4 years experience in telecommunication, information technology, or other relevant area.
Need good communication and presentation skills in English language.
Need excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills.
Need adaptability for participating projects aboard.
Understand any of the mobile telecommunication fundaments and principles: GSM, CDMA, UMTS, WiMAX or LTE.
Familiar with radio access network planning and optimization tools.
Have experience on radio access network planning and optimization.
Prepare technical service solutions and strategies for radio access network capacity, coverage and performance.
Provide cellular design and optimization to achieve acceptance target
Provide network performance improvement and management for commercial network.
Deliver validation testing for radio access network by collaborating with customer and R&D.
