Skills Required
1. Self-motivated, independent thinker that is capable of making decisions in line with business expectations and process
2. Ability to work with minimal oversight and review and maintain high quality results
3. Solid customer relationship and engagement skills
4. Experience in coordinating multiple independent needs/requests
5. TEAM player; focus on the benefit of the team first and foremost in maintaining a solid and strong engagement with our partners and business stakeholders
6. SharePoint knowledge and experience
a. Managing SharePoint permissions
b. SharePoint Search
c. Site collection features
d. Page layouts and site templates
e. Creating and customizing master pages
f. Customizing Sharepoint forms using InfoPath
g. Using SharePoint Designer
h. SharePoint Workflows
7. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
8. C# and ASP.NET experience is a plus
9. Good knowledge in SQL programming language and T-SQL
10. Knowledge of the SharePoint client object model (CSOM)
11. Solid analytical problem solving skills
12. Hands-on experience with SharePoint applications

The SharePoint Services Specialist role will join a team focused on the planning, maintenance and deployment of internal tools used by the Services U organization worldwide. In this role, the job focus is on developing and refining the tools that are used in our daily operations, consulting with our key stakeholders on feature improvements and enhancements as well as providing consultative advice on new tools as they are identified and developed. This is a mission critical role, one in which a strong attitude of solving end user challenges is key. The major focus of this role, however, is the support and evolution of our toolsets as we continue to drive a consistent and standard approach to our internal tools.
