We are looking for an organized person with a strong motivation to work in transports, a good team player, stress resistant and ambitious.
You need to be fluent in English, to have knowledge of MS Office, and to be a solution-oriented and a problem solver kind of employee.
Willing to travel and previous transport work experience are a plus.

• Weekly planning, organizing, and optimizing the transport (drivers swap, routes and buses);
• Archiving specific documents (CMRs, drivers reports, tacho lists);
• Checking and reporting fuel consumption, respecting the deadline;
• Ensures the documents for accidents reporting;
• Meetting the deadline for reporting trucks incidents/accidents;
• Offering support about transport details 24h/24h by phone;
