Material Planner - DRÄXLMAIER România

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the correct master data base for standard and just-in-time components;

• Calculation of quarterly and yearly  requirements for standard components within 3 production locations;

• Ensure missing data (technical, forecasts) for correct demand processing;

• Communication and adjustment of quantitative requirements with parties from headquarters (material planning, purchasing, R&D);

• Up to date maintenance of demands in SAP based on adequate planning techniques;

• Cooperate with other departments (ex. R&D, Production, Quality) within prototyping generation and release process;

• Make or buy decisions; create production orders and/or purchase orders;

• Deadlines follow up with suppliers, on time escalation to prevent shortage or delays;

• Opening orders for suppliers and/or production orders;

• Blocking operations in the material database from SAP, for adapters and components, based on change notifications;

• Order control to suppliers, as well as cost and due dates control.

Technical and Personality Profile:

• Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position/environment;
• Commercial or technical university studies or comparable education;
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• MS-Office;
• Language: fluent English; German is an advantage;
• Process-oriented thinking and acting;
• High level of commitment and reliability, initiative, flexibility;
• Verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
