- Good written and conversational English
- 1st and 2nd line support Desk
- SQL (beginner)
- MS Office knowledge

- To report, monitor and investigate issues arising on the internal Business Systems and Commercial Platform.
- To raise and manage tasks (incident management) with 3rd Party providers
- To be 1st line IT support for users
