    Requirements

    About you:

    -Cool, creative and structured mind
    -Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required;
    -Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage results in an entrepreneurial work environment;
    -Very good time management, multi-tasking skills;
    -Excellent English (speaking, writing);
    -NGOs activities-would be a plus;
    -Passion for technology and HR

    Responsibilities

    -Work closely with Internship Coordinator and Consultants to understand, support and deliver innovative resourcing/ recruitment solutions;
    -Creating the online recruitment process strategy: job description (JD) customization and recruitment channels;
    -Social media job advertising;
    -CV screening and interviewing;
    -Creating a shortlist of suitable candidates to-be-sent to our clients;
    -Provide constructive and valuable reports for recruitment projects, using Sincron;
    -Keeping the candidates updated with the recruitment processes;
    -Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database;
    -Project management of various tasks and projects, using Sincron.
    … nonetheless:
    -Showing interest on technical concepts and technologies, gadgets so on;
    -Think of new ways of sourcing and share improvement recommendations with colleagues.

As this is a constantly evolving market, we will provide (and encourage) training, but we also expect that the right candidate already has a passion for the IT field.
