Requirements:

- young, motivated with good interpersonal skills;
- English speaker;
- application experience focus – SAP:
- app maintenance experience;
- preferred process knowledge in the logistic/production area;
- preferred module knowledge is ML and/or PP;
- departmental budget and project mgmt experience;
- management of ICT policies and procedures;
- degree in information technology or computer science;
- additional useful areas: BW/BO applications (mstr and business objects).

Responsibilities:

- local team coordinator;
- responds to local mgmt and central IT management to coordinate activities;
- vendor and customer management;
- Key users/End user support and channel bug fixing/change requests to central team;
- local implementation of fixes and change requests (es user training);
- support central team in delivery process (es analysis, system translations, testing, docs in local language).
