In this role you will report to the Sourcing Manager and work closely with the Business Partners, Delivery Managers and manage direct contact with end-clients.

• Partner with delivery managers/ technical managers to define project needs and profile specifications, recruitment strategy and delivery plan.
• Build collaborative relationships and act as a true consultant to the business throughout the entire recruitment process;
• Deliver on time and high-quality services to both your internal and external customers;
• Provide great candidate experience through effective communications throughout the overall hiring process;
• Keep up to date with trends in the Tech industry including recruitment resources & techniques, competitive landscape etc.
