    Period: a 2 years program
    Addressed to fresh graduates who desire a hands-on training in technical roles.

    Requirements:
    - Graduation degree in engineering;
    - Fluency in Romanian and English language;
    - Demonstrated leadership skills;
    - A desire for broad experience with a diverse company;
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    - Willingness to build a professional engineering career.
