- PC knowledge (MSOffice, E-mail, Internet)

Responsibilities:
- Greeting costumers in a friendly and professional manner
- Selling Gift Cards
- Responding to costumers inquires (shops locations, information about tombola, etc.) and emails
- Answering calls, routing them and transmitting messages in time
