University degree - preferable computer Sciences or related technical disciplines
Good knowledge in Microsoft technologies .NET and MsSQL and Web technologies – HTML/ASP/JS/jQuery
Ability to work with design and PM tools: MsVisio, MsProject and modelling languages: UMLUMT
Experience in working with various SDLC methodologies; Agile/Scrum, Iterative development
Experience in process mapping and use-case driven design techniques

Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, diagrams and task and workflow analysis
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design specifications, including data modelling, workflows and business processes
Suggest the best business solution and analyze the ability to change of the application environment, assesses the impact of changes of existing environment: application, infrastructure and operations
Assist other IT roles within the development process by providing clarifications and advice and acting as contact point between business and IT
Act as liaison between the company and IT external providers
Defines requests for proposals towards external providers and follows up company's contracts on costs, deliverable and timelines
Ensure that workflow and internal (IT) procedures are applied within the business process and it is compliance with the company external and internal regulations and procedures
