• Fresh graduate/ Master student with pro-active attitude and drive to learn
• Fluent English
• Digital savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent self-organizing skills
• Proactive thinking and planning
• Eye for details
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suit
• A service mindset and strong customer focus
• Previous experience in recruitment will be an asset
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee you will:
• Organize and arrange recruiter and business interviews according to the guidelines of Talent Acquisition
• Manage Philips presence on job boards and in social media
• Support employer branding activities
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Support Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks
• Manage Recruitment tools and systems (Taleo)
• Manage data and reports
