Requirements*
Academic and professional background:
• Post-graduate/ Graduate degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Public Relations, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Communication. Other faculties are accepted as well subject to fulfillment of other criteria
• Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and knowledge of a second language (preferably German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Polish)
• Consistent academic excellence (top 10% in class)
• International exchange program/internship

*at least 2 out of the 4 criteria must be met

Some requirements for roles in question are:
• Quick thinker and problem solver / Ability to cope with stress and work on tight deadline driven projects/tasks
• Must be presentable, polite and tactful with requisite aptitude to handle complicated issues through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Current Openings:

Pre-sales and Business Development Analyst (3 openings):
• Assisting the management team in conducting company research ahead of a sales call or business meeting with prospective clients
• Communicating with C-level executives of client teams in sharing Axience capabilities and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining client database and prepare/deliver action points post each call/meeting

(Research) Trainee Data Analyst (3 openings)
• Supporting the Business Research vertical on projects which includes company profiles and analysis, market research, industry newsletters, competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, industry analysis and market entry strategy studies. This could be suitable for those who want to specialize in market research and management consulting.
• Supporting Financial Research teams on various projects ranging from financial modelling (sell-side and buy-side) and equity research reports to pitch books, company profiles, comps and precedents to business valuations. This will be more suitable for candidates that want to build a career and management and financial consulting.
• Collection and analysis of data for business, market and investment research projects
• Conducting primary market research among key executives globally

Admin Assistant (1 Opening):
• General management of the office and partial HR responsibilities
• Other administrative and secretarial duties such as book keeping, coordinating with suppliers, bill payments, meeting scheduling, etc
• Interact with suppliers and vendors and build relationships
• Help in travel and accommodation logistics for Axience senior management team
