Senior Specialist Global Process Owner Fixed Assets (f/m)

Your tasks

- Implementing a worldwide Global Standard Process Model for Fixed Assets in both the ERP environment (SAP) and supporting technologies
- Standardizing the accounting processes globally and across business units
- Developing a strategy for process standards and automation
- Coordinating the collaboration with IT regarding the development of system standards and integration of technology
- Supporting the implementation of the Global Standard Process Model during the country transitions into the SSC
- Developing process variants, interim solutions and workarounds together with the Transition and SSC Team
- Designing Change Management processes and implementing the changes
- Supporting training initiatives
- Continuously improving and optimizing the Global Standard Process Model as well as supporting systems and related processes

Your profile

- University or college graduate, major in Management, Accounting or Finance or completed traineeship in the same area with > 5 years’ experience
- Extensive experience with processes in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
- Comprehensive experience in process design and / or optimization
- First experience with SSCs with a finance background
- Excellent knowledge of fixed assets processes and fixed assets reporting structures
- Comprehensive experience in SAP, especially the FI AA module and affinity to support the development and harmonization of supporting IT tools / environments
- Experience with other asset related software is a bonus (e.g. software for inventory management, software for maintenance and repair); Constructive and solution oriented mindset
- Additional experience within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger are a bonus
- Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and teams
- Open minded and culturally sensitive; Well-structured and self-driven work approach; Innovation driven
- Very good command of English in both written and spoken language, additional language skills such as German are a plus
