User Experience Designer

Their role is not just to implement ideas of strategists and creative people, but to take their ideas further and make the most out of them in terms of technology and user experience.
In the digital world, usability is king.

Ideally, this is the hat that fits you:
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability
• Ability to create wireframes
• Strong working knowledge in Axure RP, Moqups, Balsamiq, InVision, or similar Wireframing. Working knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator tools is a plus.
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of common software project management practices
• Working knowledge of end use technologies (content management systems, intranet systems, customer relationship management systems, etc.)
• Experience with responsive web site design standards and requirements and mobile applications

• Lead ongoing reviews and testing of UX, usability issues and visual designs in staging and live environments to ensure design quality and consistency is maintained through each release Define interaction models, user task flows, and specifications.
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, wireframe and strategies to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications, behavioral specifications and personas, and technical requirements, ready for hand-off to engineering.
• Researching interaction design trends
