Bachelor's degree in agriculture or agribusiness;
Sales experience in areas related to agriculture of at least 5 years;
Fluent level of English language;
Computer use knowledge (Microsoft Office and other relevant programmes);
Strong proven ability and desire to actively hunt for new business and as well develop existing accounts;
Self-starting, analytically, results and solutions-driven; excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Playing a leading active role in commercialization and sale of Company’s products in territory, call upon Company’s Clients regularly, and facilitate orders, delivery and payments.;
Developing annual budget and work plan in consultation with Company’s employees and customers;
Obtaining permission to advertise, sale, store, use, transport, and dispose of the Company’s products;
Developing teams and contractors in the territory and also to represent Company in national industry associations and trade organizations;
Playing a supportive role in commercialization and sale of Company’s products in the Territory;
Assisting Company’s commercial employees, agents and consultants to develop and/or execute communications and/or make visits to Company’s customers and in order to promote new and existing projects and products and to give technical support;
Promoting Company’s products and /or facilitate stewardship and proper handling of Company’s commercialized products and experimental samples;
Developing and maintaining relationships between Company, its contractors, collaborators & customers and institutional regulatory authorities in the field of pesticide and biocide registration;
Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information;
Executing all phases of the selling process to ensure effective and timely customer needs and response.
Driving license- cat. B;
Flexible working hours;
Ability to travel extensively.
