Your role will consist of operational activities related to support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, support of installations and interventions of new and existing production systems as well as customer support and R&D support.

For this will help your

- Excellent knowledge of English and French
- Willingness to continuously learn in a constantly evolving environment
- Customer oriented skills
- Sports addiction

Spices that you can add

- Bachelor degree in IT or Industrial Engineering or equivalent by experience
- Networking knowledge
- HP server knowledge and/or related hardware
- Linux OS experience

Your role will dealing with

- 1st line customer support
- Monitoring of game productions and systems
- Server image preparation
- Hardware preparation
- Production system configuration and validation
- Support and assist the R&D team with hardware tests
