Education
Required:
University graduates (any university, accepted any year study level)
Desired:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Excel proficiency, SAP system knowledge
Nice to have technical background
Experience
- To have worked in a customer facing role or help desk environment for at least 3 months (12 preferably).
- Be used to multi lingual environment

Business Unit: Procurement
Location: Transactional SSC
Primary Purpose of the Position:
Team member of procurement center supporting the sourcing organization in the area of electronic catalogues, supplier portal enablement, internal user workflow creation and maintenance. This includes: maintenance of e-catalogues for assigned categories, monitoring and review of e-catalogues, administrative revision of e-catalogues, support of local users and procurement organization on e-catalogues, activity analysis and exception reporting of e-catalogues, Enroll suppliers on company portal and Provide support to supplier on company SRM Portal usage, internal users role assignment, defining roles and responsibilities for Procurement users.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
•Deal directly , Buyers and suppliers either by telephone, electronically
•Provide support to local users and the procurement organization on e-catalogues
•Maintain e-Catalogues for assigned categories
1.Set-up and edit new e-catalogues and vendors
2.Coordinate the new vendor set-up, including interaction with Master Data team and new catalogue release
•Defining and assigning roles for Procurement user in SAP environment
- Creating and maintaining the approval flow for financial cost centers
•Release new editions of e-catalogues when revision was needed
•Release e-catalogues or new editions when terms & conditions or standards have changed
•Perform testing of technical release changes on e-catalogues.
•Enroll and train suppliers on company portal
•Provide Help desk support to supplier on company SRM Portal usage
