    Cerinte

    - Minimum knowledge of customer support;
    - Fluent English knowledge and fluent French language( as agreed with EMEA regions)
    - Bachelor degree, knowledge of sales/customer support;
    - General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook;
    - Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills);
    - Business common sense;
    - Efficiency in handling numbers;
    - Excellent organizational skills.

    Responsabilitati

    As a customer service analyst you are expected to work in a multicultural environment and will be responsible with process and system operation administration, offering assistance to sale representatives, company customers and partners.
    The Ens Sales Support is part of the sales operations team and covers a variety of responsibilities such as:

    Support:
    - Ensure Salesforce.com opportunity management on the EnS segment (formerly CEP), leading to an improved pipeline health/ size and better business predictability;
    - Offer full support for the sales community: trainings, personalized reports that help offload Account Managers of administrative tasks;
    - Keep sales compensation accuracy by maintaining Salesforce.com – Eclipse linkages;
    - Successfully implemented Global Opportunity Management Process.

    - Point of contact for sales operations team, sales organization, partners / partner support teams of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa);
    - Provide assistance and support regarding customer demands while operating under agreed procedures and regulations;
    - Validate requests sent by clients, partners / partners support teams, sales representatives and / or trade groups, in compliance with quality standards and within the allocated time frame;
    - Validate and coordinate standard and non-standard meetings for a well-defined list of customers to ensure proper documentation of sales opportunities.
    - Manually validate and process non-standard cases when dealing with special discount deals;
    - Check and validate the accuracy of information contained by the order forms with the use of company systems and document resources;
    - Develops general knowledge about sale transaction processing with company policies;
    - Acquires knowledge regarding particular pricing processes from other regions;
    - Makes use of own personal experience to optimize works loads and daily agendas;
    - Actively on the look-out for ways to further optimize daily activities.

    Training and communication:
    - Attends all required trainings and provides feedback, information and recommendations regarding the improvement of trainings;
    - Assists new employees with the completion of training courses and other mandatory tasks;
    - May hold or participate in training courses or presentations regarding procedures and general internal processes and administrative problems;
    - Is part of the team by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts;
    - Ensures transparency of information, by properly documenting and storing on Share Point the information of public interest.
    - Responsible to care for and secure the department’s equipment under his/her ownership during the duration of his/her employment ;
    - Ensures proper backup and handover during vacation and other absence;
    - Applies Control & Quality policies to ensure company policies and audit requirements are met;
    - Respects company confidentiality and private information policies ;
    - Responsible for ensuring the personal conduct as in keeping with company’s standards of business conduct while representing organization;
    - Respects the specifications of the Internal Order Regulations;
    - Performs additional activities assigned by managers.
