    Requirements

    • 3+ years of SEO experience.
    • 2+ years of SEM experience managing PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook. Google AdWords certification is considered a plus.
    • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
    • In-depth experience with website analytics tools. Google Analytics certification is considered a plus.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
    • Analytical thinker, able to come up with solutions, problem solver.
    • Quick learner, self motivated and able to multi task on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Good writer, strong command of English language, while understanding advertising and marketing language.

    Responsibilities

    The SEM Specialist will manage the search engine marketing activities of our clients. This person needs to be organized, understand the business of each served client and possess effective communication skills to develop and maintain close relationships with clients.
    He/She will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as keyword research, website analysis, content strategy and link building strategies development in order to increase organic traffic coming from all major search networks.
    He/She will also manage all PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook ads system in order to maximize ROI. This includes keyword research and bids, formulating and managing the PPC budgets of the clients, analyze and report results.

    Essential duties and responsabilities
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in PPC campaigns
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising campaigns
    • Develop and implement link building strategies
    • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
