Data Analyst - Tires

Job Description

The Data Analyst analyzes large volumes of data in order to statistically check information and identify areas that need improvements for production processes. The key focus topics are placed on product/semi-product stability, Scrap I-IV and Yield Improvements.

• Modifies and prepares reports (efficiency, scrap, traceability, losses, additional functionalities);
• Ensures a management of incidents within the system;
• Tests and issues new functionalities;
• Monitors the quality data within the source systems connected and initiates activities to improve the quality of data;
• Provides an analysis of the underlying causes based on reports and initiates corrective actions;
• Continuously improves the activity in order to maintain and improve process stability, scrap I-IV and yield;
• Implement global report requests in the plant.

• University degree - computer science is a plus;
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office - Excel in particular;
• Advanced English - min B2;
• Manufacturing Systems knowledge is a plus;
• Statistical Process Control Approach knowledge.
