The Web Production Specialist is responsible for keeping Veeam corporate portals and websites up to date and in perfect condition.

Job responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions and implementing approved digital enhancements within a web-based content management system.
• Continually monitor the website in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, and pages are free of errors.
• Keep up to date on all web guidelines and standards. Work with Web Project, SEO, Product Marketing, Creative, Front-end and Localization teams to make certain that the proper guidelines are followed across all digital channels.
• Maintain multimedia, including photo galleries, slideshows, and videos embedded in Web pages.
• Manage all work request within a tracking system.
• Distribute posting notification to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Verify that all content is approved through proper channels and systems prior to posting.
• Share experience with team members, organize trainings, workshops, and meetings.
• Update knowledge base for internal using, organize and structure materials, find issues which need to be covered.
• Investigate bugs and find ways of the most effective fixing and providing suggestions for avoiding them in future.
• Explorer new systems and tools, find new solutions for work.
• Suggest and test improvements for processes and systems.
• Constantly monitors corporate business news and stays in the loop of latest changes in goals, plans and strategies. Keeping track of new product releases as well as marketing activities.

Experience:

• Solid experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager CMS is a strong plus)
• Experience with tracking systems (Jira a strong plus)
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with Confluence or analogs
• Working knowledge of office software such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Google Chrome and other browsers
• Must have excellent skills in editing various types of web content ranging from general text content to specialized digital content
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing
• Very strong attention to details
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS
• Understanding of personalization
• Understanding of Google Analytics
• Working in multi-national team with different time zones
• English - advanced level
