A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be responsible for being the main driver in the offering and tendering team

How You'll Make an Impact

• Planning, preparing and finalizing the tenders and offers while evaluating costs
• Collecting all information and data in order to process the final offer
• Analyzing the tender (technical) request
• Coordinating the time-schedule and the resources necessary for the tendering and offering process
• Supporting commercial and/or legal topics while evaluating existing risks and chances
• Securing and evaluating offers coming from subcontractors, partners, consultants etc. in correlation with the Sales Team, Sales Manager and the Management
• Providing support to the Sales Manager in the offering phase up to the contract closing
• Taking active part in the project roll-out for defined tasks

What You Bring

• Graduated of Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering Faculty
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• English language on a business conversational level
• Solid technical and commercial knowledge
• Experience in offering processes
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Result and quality focused mentality
• Able to make decisions
• Experience in public acquisition projects is a plus
• Bill of quantities is a plus;
