Health&Safety Specialist

Candidatul Ideal
The Health & Safety Specialist will be part of the Romanian Operations team and will ensure consistent compliance with all the safety guidelines for our Fulfillment Center (FC), as well as all applicable legal provisions / regulations in the field of employee health, safety and emergency situations for both FC and Head-office (HO).

Certificate of completion of an accredited education program in the field of health & safety in the workplace, with a duration of 180 hours;
Fire protection & extinguishing ("PSI") Technical Framework Course;
Analytical capacity, accuracy in data processing, sense of urgency and discipline;
Previous experience in coordinating H&S&E Situations ("SSM-SU") activities;
PC literacy, English working knowledge.

Providing general introductory training of employees in the fields of Health & Safety in the workplace, as well as emergency situations;
Advising management on all H&S and Emergency Situations issues, as per most updated legal provisions;
Implementing and monitoring all procedures specific to the field of activity;
Planning and organizing safety, health and emergency situation activities in the FC and HO;
Collaborating with RSVTI Officer for the supervision and technical verification of all installations and equipment falling under the incidence of ISCIR legislation in the FC;
Being available and prepared for unforeseen/unplanned situations such as impromptu Authorities Controls, incidents in the workplace, emergency-related situations, in both locations (FC and HO);
Maintaining contact with all relevant external services and public authorities.
