Data Usage Analyst with French

To be successful, you will have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience and background in legal or compliance or audit
• Knowledge/understanding in risk management, IT security, IT solutions
• A very good level of French and English, both written and oral
• Strong expertise and experience in project coordination with knowledge in change management
• MSOffice skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in banking, compliance (Compliance), risk analysis is an advantage
• Sense of precision, rigorous, autonomous, reactivity and proactivity,  ability to manage priorities
• Spirit of synthesis and deep critical mind (audit approach to understand and instruct a data processing)
• Good oral and written communication, ability to communicate at different level of the organization and different type of population
• Curious, proactive and excellent ability to understand the issues, whether they are "business" or related to innovation & technological evolution
• Appetite for data and innovation topics
• Results and client satisfaction oriented
• Last but not least : Team spirit, positive mindset

Responsibilities and mission statement :

• Orchestrate the processing of data use requests (use cases) issued by its BU / SU:
• Support the data requester from the framing of his request to the implementation of the conditions for the implementation of this request
• Lead all meetings with all relevant stakeholders and facilitate exchanges between applicant and experts (legal, compliance, security) in order to obtain, when necessary, the conditions for implementing this use in order to comply with the standards and regulations in force
• Ensure that the request meets all the conditions for implementation and produce the final terms of the requested use
• In conjunction with other DUAs, cooperate with other them in case of requests issued by other BU / SU to access data
• Make the link between its BU / SU and the governance of the Group's uses:
• Periodically contribute to an inventory produced by the Group on the development of data uses
• Escalate blocked usage requests requiring Group level arbitration
• Application of the methodological approach developed by GDO (governance, tools for tracking deliverables and budget, architecture).
• Monitoring & reporting activities:
• Regular monitoring and reporting of established KPIs and SLAs for internal Partners
• Contribute to creation and implementation of relevant indicators in relation to data usage
