UiPath is in search of a People Services Intern to join our Summer internship program in Bucharest, Romania.

The People Services team partners with stakeholders throughout the organization and the internal HR team to seek out opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable a consistent and efficient experience for our employees.

To be successful, you shall bring a deeply analytical and process-oriented mindset. 
This position requires attention to details, good organizational and communication skills.
The role will support the global People Services team with the objective of efficiently and successfully building the teams of UiPath while partnering with the business on their current & future needs.

The role assists with first-level People Services support with a focus on exceptional employee experience.

We are looking for incredibly motivated, driven and innovative individuals who are excited to join our fast-growing teams. In this program, you will be supported by managers, mentors, and a global class of interns.

Start date: Summer 2024, 6-months internship
Schedule: full-time
Note: This is a 6-months full-time paid internship. 

• Coordinate global and regional operations processes effectively.
• Collaborate with HR team for smooth coordination across functions.
• Assist in background check procedures.
• Maintain and update candidate records using our ATS and generate reports.
• Manage contingent worker pool to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in internal and external communication.
• Support Candidate Experience and Recruiting team with administrative tasks.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as directed by manager.

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
• High-energy and articulate with a customer- service mindset.
• Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Exceptional customer service focus.
• Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
• Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC based calendar/meeting 
  application
