Quality Manager - Focus Factory

Our Focus Factory Team from Vitesco Brasov is looking for a new colleague!

As our Quality Manager, you will:

• Lead the team, providing continuous development of professional competencies and delegating responsibilities effectively.
• Evaluate team efficiency and productivity, ensuring timely execution of required analyses and establishing quality systems with related training.
• Implement systematic monitoring to track key quality performance indicators for ongoing assessment and improvement;
• Manage quality costs diligently by monitoring, following up, and enhancing strategies, covering areas such as A3/8D, scrap, and rework;
• Establish, deploy, and maintain robust quality standards, continuously refining them to adapt to evolving needs;
• Implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS within production unit;
• Ensure IATF 16949:2016 requirements, customer requirements as well as Vitesco internal requirements are implemented;
• Interface to customer in terms of project quality;
• Customer satisfaction monitoring and customer incident management.

What will you need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, demonstrating strong technical expertise in production processes;
• Prior exposure to the automotive industry, preferably around 4 years, with a deep understanding of the automotive environment;
• Demonstrated experience in effectively leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving towards common goals.
• Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining relationships across various organizational levels;
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a fluent level.
